For holiday weekends and peak periods, the Host may set a different, individual rate from the above.
In the high season (June 1 - August 31), a minimum of 5 nights is required for booking.
In pre- and post season, the minimum booking period is 2 nights.
Bookings for periods other than those stated can be arranged upon special agreement.
Pets cannot be accommodated.
